I’ve ordered this same style dress from another company and loved it, the only difference was the sleeves were very tight. I’m normally a size large in all my Clothing purchases but sized up to an extra large in case the sleeves were odd. I’m 5’5 and 170 lbs and a 36 C and I’m very happy with this fit! No bulging buttons and the sleeves aren’t tight at all. If you want a more fitted chest I’d go with the large but I like it being a little loose and not worrying about buttons flying off. **After wearing it for a full day, I’m wishing I would have bought the large, it was a bit big and started dropping at the elastic waist, I think the large would have fit fine, it’s definitely made better than my longer sleeved dress in this style.**
